Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 30 days of the completion of the service. The request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Review Process: Upon receipt of a refund request, our team will review the request and determine if a refund is appropriate. We may ask for additional information or clarification to better understand the reason for the refund request.

Refund Amount: If a refund is deemed appropriate, the refund amount will be determined based on the nature of the service provided and any expenses incurred by Adsify Marketing during the delivery of the service. We reserve the right to deduct any reasonable expenses incurred by Adsify Marketing from the refund amount.

Refund Method: We will issue the refund to the customer’s original payment method within 14 business days of the refund request being approved.

Dispute Resolution: If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by Adsify Marketing regarding a refund request, the customer may escalate the matter to an independent mediator for dispute resolution.
