Customer Responsibilities: The customer should share all the necessary details to our technical team before starting the work. Adsify Marketing will not be liable for any discrepancies or wrong data provided by the customer.

Algorithmic Processes: Social media marketing or any other digital services will run on a special algorithmic process. Customers should be aware that there may be delays in the working process and sometimes the promised time may not cover the expected reach or results.

No Guarantee: Adsify Marketing does not provide any assurance or guarantee of the results of its digital services. Sometimes, these services may fail depending on various factors such as business sectors, product quality, and seasonal variations. Adsify Marketing is not liable for any loss incurred by the customer due to any service failure, such as sponsored ads.

No Liability: Adsify Marketing will not provide any guarantee to its services. As a digital marketing agency working with social media platforms, our services may be disrupted due to technical faults of the concerned platforms. Adsify Marketing will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by the customer due to such disruptions.

Refunds: In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by Adsify Marketing, we will review the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate. If the services were not delivered as promised or were not delivered at all, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refund Policy: Any requests for refunds must be made in writing to our customer support team within 30 days of the completion of the service. We will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Process: If a refund is deemed appropriate, Adsify Marketing will issue the refund to the customer’s original payment method within 14 business days. The refund amount will be determined based on the nature of the service provided and any expenses incurred by Adsify Marketing during the delivery of the service.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services provided by Adsify Marketing may be non-refundable, such as consultation services or any other services which are deemed to be custom-tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

Dispute Resolution: If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by Adsify Marketing regarding a refund request, the customer may escalate the matter to an independent mediator for dispute resolution.
